Media monitoring

We apply various  success measurement criteria basing on media analysis and media monitoring. Whether it is a product campaign, corporate PR or an event, the effects of our work can be measured not only by a number of clippings but also in terms of sales results that is support of our customers promotional activities.

We prepare specialised quality and brand image reports on the basis of publications collected in the process of media monitoring. They include objective assessment of our Customers brand image and their competition as seen by media. In our portfolio you can also find industry and business reports prepared on the basis of business environment and veritcal  media analyses. 

 

We monitor the whole Internet and over 300 press titles, including all IT and CE magazines, lifestyle press, pharmaceutical and cosmetics media, national and local newspapers.  Our media database is regularly updated with current circulation and new entries. In this way our Customers are able to instantly assess the value of each publication in terms of their target group and rank of the medium.

 

Each Customer is granted a free access to our online media monitoring system, together with a personal password. There, it is easy to view publications and generate a report according to customised criteria (period, type of publication, type of media, product or campaign, etc.) Generated report can be exported to xls format. Each publication consists of media details plus publication scan accompanied by a short comment and a representative quote, either in Polish or in English. The material can be additionally described according to required criteria (e.g. tone of the article, estimated equivalent of advert cost). Our original online media monitoring system enables our Customers 24 hours access to current clippings as well as archive materials of all types (press, radio, TV, Internet).
